Our team conducted usability testing for The Brave Butterfly's website that we developed. Prior to conducting the testing with users, each team member researched and reported on three different usability test methods. My Usability Test Methods Report covered think-aloud protocols, A/B testing, and testing visual design. In our testing of The Brave Butterfly's website, I worked with two participants in the 18-22 age bracket to collect their feedback on the desktop and mobile site (see Usability Test Results). We discussed the usability test results as a team to implement revisions for a more effective, usable website.
